Acceptable Use Policy

Micro OTP provides numbers for legitimate SMS verification. This policy defines what you may not do with the service. It is part of the Terms of Service; violations can lead to immediate suspension and loss of balance.

1. Prohibited activity

You may not use Micro OTP, its numbers, or accounts verified through it to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing of unlawful activity.
• Impersonate people or organizations, run scams or phishing, or facilitate identity theft.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, harassment, threats, or malware.
• Bypass a platform's bans or restrictions in order to continue prohibited behavior on that platform.
• Evade law enforcement or obstruct an investigation.
• Probe, scan, or attack the service or any third-party provider — including attempting to reuse, hold, or manipulate numbers outside the order flow.
• Resell, sublicense, or broker access to numbers or codes obtained through the service without our written agreement.

2. Platform terms

Many services restrict verification through temporary numbers. You are responsible for understanding and following the terms of the platform you verify. Micro OTP does not condone violating them and is not liable for actions a platform takes against accounts you create.

3. Payment integrity

• Only fund your account with payment methods you own or are authorized to use.
• Stolen cards, unauthorized Mobile Money accounts, and fraudulent top-ups lead to termination and may be reported to processors and authorities.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend orders or accounts, forfeit balances where permitted by law, preserve records, and report conduct to payment processors or authorities. We may also block services, countries, or usage patterns that are disproportionately abused.
